Cornbread-Chipotle Stuffing



Cornbread stuffing makes for a more interesting twist on a classic. Try it yourself ... we guarantee you'll love it.

Yield: 8 to 10 cups (enough to stuff one 10 to 15lb turkey)

1 loaf cornbread, day old, diced into 0.5” cubes
1 tbsp smoked chipotle powder
2 sweet peppers, diced 0.25”
1 jalapeno diced fine
1 red onion, diced fine
0.5 cup, rough chopped cilantro
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground coriander seed
2 eggs




Dice the cornbread, place into large bowl.
Add the chipotle, jalapeno, onions, and peppers
Add cilantro, salt, coriander

Beat eggs lightly, pour over stuffing.
Mix together with large spoon, to combine ingredients.

Stuff into cavity of turkey. Bake through until stuffing is 170F in center of turkey cavity.
